JW8100 HIGH SPEED HEAVY WATER JET LOOM
Use integrated wall boards to improve the frame structure, beat-up mechanism, and shedding. Through optimized design, the high-speed performance and stability of the loom are significantly improved compared to the original model.
Key Features:
- Short-stroke weft insertion adapts to high-speed weaving, reducing reed damage to the fabric. A robust frame structure and reinforced warp feed device shorten the fabric width before weaving, significantly improving weft insertion performance, especially with six-section weft insertion, achieving higher levels of speed and quality.
- Shortened weaving path — Shortening the distance between the take-up roller and the fabric from the reed end reduces springback and improves fabric exit stability. A shorter weaving path ensures stable weaving. It is suitable for a wide range of fabrics, from fine to roving, from narrow to wide, and even unbalanced fabrics, enabling the production of a wider variety of fabric products.
- Enhanced frame stability — Increased longitudinal support in the frame improves frame stability. The redesigned frame structure slopes the warp path outwards from the weft end, shortening the fabric width before weaving. This allows for stable weaving even at high density. The warp positioning line is lowered to 900mm based on ergonomic principles. This significantly improves weft insertion performance and the weaver's operational flexibility.
- Energy-efficient direct-drive motor — The use of a four-pulse direct-drive motor can save 25% to 30% on energy. Thanks to the frequency conversion control system, there's no need to replace pulleys. Loom speed can be changed simply by adjusting parameters, enabling variable weft density and speed weaving of complex fabrics.
- Reduced vibration design — Eccentric shaft structure reduces weft insertion vibration; a robust frame structure, increased warp strength, and a shortened weaving path significantly improve weft insertion performance, achieving high-speed operation.

- 增强机架稳定性——增加机架纵向支撑,提高机架稳定性。重新设计的机架结构使经纱路径从引纬端向外倾斜,缩短织前织物宽度,即使在高密度下也能稳定织造。经纱定位线根据人体工程学原理降低至900mm,显著提升引纬性能和织造工的操作灵活性。
- 节能直驱电机——采用四脉冲直驱电机可节能25%-30%。得益于变频控制系统,无需更换皮带轮。只需调整参数即可改变织机速度,实现可变纬密和复杂织物的速度织造。
- 减振设计——偏心轴结构减少引纬振动;坚固机架、增加经纱强度和缩短织造路径显著提升引纬性能,实现高速运行。
